祝贺信属于书信体，书信写作包括三大板块：称呼、正文和落款。
正文的内容主要依据题干的要求来写，一般包括目的、内容和礼貌的客套话三个部分。
落款一般用Yours sincerely，落款下面的人名一般根据题干来写，注意千万不可以出现考生的真实姓名。
例题：假设你的表妹李华被一所大学录取，你对此向她表示祝贺，并对她该如何度过大学生活给出建议。
万能框架如下：
称呼
Dear Li Hua,
正文：三段式
第一段：直入主题，表示祝贺并且说明自己将要给出建议，衔接题目要求。
I am so glad to ________. First of all, congratulations, I can imagine how happy you are. After all, you have worked so hard for it. As ________, I want to give you some advice on how to ________.
第二段：提出具体建议，可采用序数词firstly, secondly, thirdly...或短语to begin with, in addition, furthermore等来分点描述，在描述过程中可适当举例，使内容更充分。
Firstly, you can set goals, think about ________. You'd better start ________, especially ________. What's more, you should ________ as soon as possible. ________, only when you have enough self-learning awareness will you become good enough.
第三段：主要是客套的祝福语。
